Marie Lupinski MA, Director
Marie, the director at David Gregory School, is a life long educator with more than thirty years of experience in the field of special education. She holds dual teaching certifications in both early childhood and special education and has a masters degree in Educational Administration. In addition to her teaching certifications Marie is also certified as a supervisor and principal. Heather Carew, MSW, LCSW, BCBAHeather Carew has been a Social Worker at the David Gregory School since 1996. She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University. Heather took post Master’s classes in Applied Behavior Analysis at Rutgers University and obtained her BCBA in August 2009. Heather has assisted with research for studies involving students at the school and presented at the Autism NJ (formerly COSAC) Annual Conference along with her co-workers. Stephen Wuensch, MA, BCBAStephen Wuensch is a certified teacher with a Master of Arts in Education. He holds a Graduate Academic Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. Stephen has attended several conferences including, Autism New Jersey (COSAC) and ABAI, and has contributed to several studies for children with autism. Stephen has been with the David Gregory School since 2003. Dr. Gladys Williams, Behavioral ConsultantDr. Gladys Williams obtained her doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Columbia University. She has authored and co-authored several journal articles and chapters in books on strategies and procedures to teach social and language skills to children with autism and other learning disabilities. She has also written on school effectiveness, eating disorders, and parent training. She is a specialist in curriculum design to solve learning difficulties. Her research has been presented at both national and international conferences and she has created effective programs for children with autism and learning disabilities in the USA, Spain, Argentina, Mexico and Brazil. In addition to her publications, she has received several awards for her contribution to the field of special education. She is currently a member of the educational board of several journals on behavior analysis and is an active member of the Association of Behavior Analysis International. She is currently the director of Applied Behavioral Consultant Services and consults at schools in NY and NJ. |
